Our buyers select only the highest quality gifts, which are then customized just for you. Every item is carefully inspected for quality and accuracy before being shipped to you or someone special.

Please note the following return conditions:

  • Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or error.

  • We guarantee that all personalized products will be free of manufacturing errors.

  • In case of any damage or breakage, a return will be initiated only if an opening video of the unboxing is provided.

  • Any issue or defect must be reported within 3 hours of delivery. Issues reported after this window will not be eligible for return or replacement.

  • All approved exchanges or returns must be made within 12–15 working days of receipt and verification of the opening video.

  • For returns, we offer the convenience of parcel pickup. Our delivery agent will collect the package directly from your doorstep.

Need to cancel? Please submit your cancellation via email or WhatsApp within 4 hours of ordering as production begins immediately.

During peak seasons or holidays, we do our best to ensure timely delivery. However, unexpected delays may occur due to high volume or circumstances beyond our control.
